ABOUT NOTIRO
Notiro is a full-stack clinical intelligence platform built for the modern physician. We go far beyond ambient scribing — our AI listens to patient-provider conversations and simultaneously generates accurate clinical notes, performs real-time AI medical coding (ICD-10/CPT), guides intelligent patient intake, supports differential diagnosis, and assists with prescription workflows. All of it, in the background, with zero clicks. We are scaling fast across independent clinics, primary care groups, and specialty practices throughout Virginia and the broader Mid-Atlantic. We need a Senior Account Executive who can open doors, build deep trust with physicians, and close deals that change how medicine gets practiced.
THE ROLE
This is a full-cycle, field-first sales role. You will own a Virginia-based territory, drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close, and serve as the face of Notiro to clinic owners, physicians, and practice administrators. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and have real influence on go-to-market strategy as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and execute a territory sales plan targeting independent clinics, primary care groups, and specialty practices across Northern Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Drive the full sales cycle — outbound prospecting, discovery calls, in-clinic product demos, proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Deliver sharp, compelling product demos and presentations tailored to specific physician and practice use cases — connecting Notiro’s capabilities directly to each customer’s workflow pain points.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using a smart mix of outbound outreach, inbound leads, and product-led signals.
- Navigate procurement, legal, and security conversations with confidence and precision — you know how to move deals forward without getting stuck in compliance loops.
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to drive deal momentum and ensure smooth, successful handoffs.
- Continuously refine messaging, positioning, and deal strategy to out-execute incumbents and outperform the market.
- Attend regional medical conferences, Virginia medical society events, and healthcare trade shows to generate pipeline and strengthen Notiro’s market presence.
- Develop strategic relationships with physician influencers, practice managers, and healthcare consultants who can drive referrals and multi-clinic deals.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) — accurate pipeline, reliable forecasting, consistent follow-through.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subscription and revenue quotas.
- Mentor and support Associate Account Executives as the team scales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology, health IT, SaaS, medical devices, or clinical workflow solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas in a field or hybrid sales environment.
- Deep familiarity with the independent practice and primary care buying landscape — you understand how physicians and practice administrators make purchasing decisions.
- Strong existing relationships within Virginia/Mid-Atlantic healthcare provider networks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, legal, and IT/security review.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills — equally comfortable in a 1:1 physician demo, a boardroom, and a conference booth.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
- High degree of self-direction, accountability, and urgency — you manage your territory like a business.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and ability to travel 50–70% within the region.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, DrChrono).
- Understanding of ICD-10/CPT medical coding workflows — knowing the pain makes selling the solution easier.
- Direct experience selling against or alongside ambient AI scribes such as Suki, Freed, Abridge, Nabla, or DAX Copilot — you know the competitive landscape.
- Experience at a growth-stage health tech or SaaS startup.
- Existing network of independent practice owners or physician group administrators in Virginia.
- Background in field sales, business development, or clinical operations
WHY NOTIRO
- You’re not selling a feature — you’re selling a complete clinical intelligence platform that fundamentally changes how physicians practice medicine.
- Every deal you close gives a physician hours back with their patients. That’s a mission worth showing up for.
- Direct access to leadership and genuine influence on how the company grows — no layers, no politics.
- A product that creates immediate ‘aha’ moments in demos — your job is getting it in front of the right people.
- Build your market from the ground up — no inherited playbook, no bureaucracy, no waiting in line.
- Competitive compensation with uncapped commission — your earning potential grows directly with your performance
