Our technology listens to patient-provider conversations and automatically generates accurate clinical notes, handles real-time medical coding (ICD-10/CPT), guides patient intake, supports diagnosis, and assists with prescriptions — all in the background, with zero clicks. THE OPPORTUNITY
If you are a pharmaceutical sales rep, medical device rep, or healthcare professional who visits physician offices regularly — you are already doing the hard part. You have the relationships, the access, and the credibility. We simply ask you to add one conversation to your existing clinic visits. There is no salary, no quota, and no fixed schedule. This is a commission-only independent contractor arrangement that works alongside your current role — on your time, at your pace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Introduce Notiro to physicians you already visit — using your existing relationships and access. No cold calling, no door-knocking.
- Share your unique Notiro referral link or code with interested physicians so that any sign-up is correctly attributed to you.
- Give physicians a brief, natural introduction to what Notiro does — official talking points and materials provided by Notiro.
- Follow up with interested physicians to answer basic questions and encourage them to try the free tier before converting to an annual plan.
- Report back on physician interest, objections, and feedback to help Notiro refine its field messaging.
WHAT YOU WON'T BE ASKED TO DO
- Run formal product demos or technical presentations — that’s our team’s job.
- Quit or compromise your current position — this runs alongside it.
- Hit quotas or report daily activity — no micromanagement.
- Offer physicians any incentives, gifts, or financial benefits to sign up — this is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
- Make claims about Notiro beyond what is covered in official materials.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently active pharmaceutical sales rep, medical device rep, diagnostics rep, or medical science liaison with regular physician office access in Virginia or the Huntsville, AL area.
- An active network of 25+ physicians — ideally primary care, internal medicine, or multi-specialty practices.
- Someone who visits 5+ physician offices per week and has established relationships with practice staff and physicians.
- Comfortable having a brief, natural conversation about a technology product — no hard selling required.
- Self-motivated and integrity-driven — you represent yourself and Notiro professionally at all times.
- Willing to verify your own employment contract for any non-compete or exclusivity clauses before joining — Notiro does not assume liability for any breach of existing agreements.
HOW YOU GET PAID
Commission is earned on confirmed annual plan conversions only — not on free signups, trials, or monthly subscriptions. All four conditions below must be met before a payout is triggered:
- Referral Attribution — The physician must sign up via your unique referral link or code. Self-reported referrals after signup are not accepted.
- Free-to-Paid Conversion — The physician must upgrade from the free tier to a paid Annual Plan. Monthly plan conversions do not qualify.
- Payment Confirmation — Full annual subscription payment must clear successfully. Failed payments or chargebacks suspend eligibility.
- 90-Day Active Use — The physician must remain an active user for 90 consecutive days, defined as logging in and generating at least one transcription within any 30-day window during this period
MILESTONE BONUSES
In addition to per-conversion commissions, you earn milestone bonuses based on cumulative confirmed annual conversions within a rolling 12-month period. Bonuses are cumulative — reaching Silver also retains the Bronze bonus
KEY OBLIGATIONS
- All Notiro promotional activity must occur outside your primary employer’s working hours using personal time and resources.
- You must disclose your independent contractor relationship with Notiro when introducing the product in any professional context.
- Commission rates, programme terms, and internal Notiro information must be kept strictly confidential.
- You may not offer physicians any personal financial incentives, gifts, or kickbacks to sign up. Violation results in immediate termination and commission forfeiture.
- Full partner obligations are outlined in the Notiro Independent Contractor Agreement, which must be signed before onboarding.
