ABOUT NOTIRO

Notiro is a full-stack clinical intelligence platform built for the modern physician. We go far beyond ambient scribing — our AI listens to patient-provider conversations and simultaneously generates accurate clinical notes, performs real-time AI medical coding (ICD-10/CPT), guides intelligent patient intake, supports differential diagnosis, and assists with prescription workflows. All of it, in the background, with zero clicks. We're building our Virginia sales team from the ground up and we're looking for early-career talent who want real responsibility, fast learning, and a clear path to a full-time role.

THE ROLE

This is a 6-month contract role with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for strong performers. From day one, you'll be visiting clinics, supporting live product demos, building your own lead pipeline, and contributing directly to Notiro's growth in Virginia. You'll work side by side with the Senior Account Executive and gain full visibility into every stage of the sales process — from cold outreach to signed contract. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. You will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits during the contract period. In return, you get real sales experience, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to prove yourself for a permanent position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to independent clinics, primary care offices, and specialty practices across Northern Virginia and the D.C./Maryland/Virginia metro area.
  • Support and co-deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to specific physician and practice use cases.
  • Build and manage a healthy prospect pipeline using a mix of outbound outreach, inbound leads, and product-led signals — tracked diligently in CRM.
  • Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and own all follow-up communications through the pipeline.
  • Assist in navigating procurement, legal, and security conversations under the guidance of the Senior AE — learning to move deals forward confidently.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to drive deal momentum and ensure smooth customer handoffs.
  • Continuously refine your messaging and positioning based on field feedback, competitor observations, and what resonates with physicians.
  • Own event logistics for regional medical conferences and Virginia healthcare networking events — registration, materials, booth setup, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Represent Notiro professionally at Virginia-area healthcare events and medical association meetings.
  • Bring field insights back to the team — physician objections, competitor mentions, and workflow pain points that sharpen our go-to-market strategy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health Administration, or a related field (2024 or 2025 graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for healthcare technology and a desire to build a meaningful career in health-tech sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re comfortable introducing yourself and Notiro to a room of physicians.
  • Self-starter mindset — you identify what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: able to manage multiple moving pieces across events and sales activities without dropping the ball.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and standard digital sales tools.
  • Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation for clinic visits.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally 30–40% of the time.
  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099) — self-managed, self-motivated, and accountable for your own output.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Internship or part-time experience in healthcare, SaaS sales, or any customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, medical terminology, or EMR/EHR systems.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM platform.
  • A personal connection to healthcare — family in medicine, pre-med background, or healthcare volunteer experience.
  • Prior participation in healthcare-focused student organizations, case competitions, or research.

WHY START YOUR CAREER AT NOTIRO

  • Real ownership from day one — your name is on the results, not buried in a department of hundreds.
  • Direct mentorship from senior sales leadership with a structured and transparent path to a full-time
Account Executive role within 6 months.
  • Uncapped commission — your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
  • Travel Virginia, meet physicians, and see the direct impact of your conversations on how medicine is
    practiced.
  • A product that delivers genuine ‘aha’ moments every time a physician sees it live — selling it feels good.
  • A mission that matters: more time with patients, less time on screens.
